TPU SD1180H Material Data

TPU SD1180H is a thermoplastic polyurethane with lower hardness, excellent elasticity, and flexibility. It offers good tensile strength, high elongation, and reliable tear resistance, making it suitable for soft-touch and flexible engineering applications.

Injection Molding Recommendations

  • Mold Temperature: 50–70 ℃

  • Screw Speed: 25–100 RPM

Drying is recommended at 80–100 ℃ for 3–4 hours if used after prolonged storage. Before and after processing, purge the machine with polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) with low melt index (MI: 0.5–2.5).
