TPU SD1190H is a thermoplastic polyurethane with medium hardness, high elasticity, and excellent toughness. It combines good tensile strength, elongation, and tear resistance with stable processing performance, making it suitable for flexible and durable applications in engineering and consumer products.

Injection Molding Recommendations

Drying is recommended at 80–100 ℃ for 3–4 hours if used after prolonged storage. Before and after processing, purge the machine with polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) with low melt index (MI: 0.5–2.5).
