TPU SD1180H Material Data
TPU SD1180H is a thermoplastic polyurethane with lower hardness, excellent elasticity, and flexibility. It offers good tensile strength, high elongation, and reliable tear resistance, making it suitable for soft-touch and flexible engineering applications.

Injection Molding Recommendations
- Barrel Rear Temperature: 180–190 ℃
- Barrel Middle Temperature: 185–195 ℃
- Barrel Front Temperature: 190–205 ℃
- Nozzle Temperature: 200–210 ℃
- Mold Temperature: 50–70 ℃
- Back Pressure: 0.00–0.689 MPa
- Screw Speed: 25–100 RPM
Drying is recommended at 80–100 ℃ for 3–4 hours if used after prolonged storage. Before and after processing, purge the machine with polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) with low melt index (MI: 0.5–2.5).
